Happy Friday y’all I am so excited that Friday is here whoop whoop or I should say Fri-Yay!!!! I finished my first half of classes and boy am I tired!! 7 am wakeup are definitely kicking my butt but were getting better!!! This week I really want to talk about health physical and mental!!
1. How do you stay motivated when working out?
If I am being honest I have my “lazy” days where going to the gym isn’t a priority or a mood thing for me. The thing that gets me going is my goal of feeling better and looking better! I have talked a lot on here in pervious posts about my weight and I how I have struggled! The one thing that I decided to do when I started was going to be honest and transparent with you guys!!
2. Are you still journaling if so when do you make time?
Yes, I am still journaling and I go to downstairs around 9:30pm to journal and give myself 30 minutes of me time before bed. This is going to sound silly but I journal what I did even if it was I went to class and had lunch I still write it. I write little accomplishments like you had protein at lunch and being proud of that instead of not eating.
3. How do you handle a breakup in midst of working out?
Thats where I get my “revenge” I work really hard in the gym so I get to be proud of my body! Ladies if a guy controls you on what to eat, when to eat, tells you to loose weight, or gain weight and he isn’t helping you accomplish your goals! LEAVE right now and don’t look back!!! I had guys tell me you don’t need to loose weight your an idiot for not seeing it, my response was but I am personally not happy and if your not personally happy then YOUR the only one who can change it. Remember God created you and he loves you!!
4. What protein powder, greens do you use?

6. How are you handling yourself post breakup and is Maine helping you?
For those of you who have been listening to Kendal and I’s podcast called Tis The Season to break up. Then you know what I am talking about. I think anytime you get your heart broken you learn and cope differently then the last. For me since it was right before winter break I had a lot more “downtime” but I also didn’t I was dealing with finals week on top of that. I spent a lot of time in Maine to clear my head, gather my thoughts along with figuring out what I want to do! Remember there is no right way or wrong way to navigate a break up.
7. How are you managing you taking your “me” time?
Gym, friends and family! I have said this from the very beginning of the year 2022 will be my fucking year #GirlBOSS #BossBitch! I surround myself with people who love and care about me and what me to be happy! Negative energy is sooo 2021! I had one of my best guy friends over my house last and it was so good to silence my phone and ignore all calls, texts, and emails I felt refreshed!! Do stuff for yourself even if its outside your comfort zone!
8. Hows your stress between Blog, Podcast, NortheStar, and college?
If were being honest I’ve had my fair share of meltdowns, time management and knowing that if I take one more thing on it will destroy me! Are you going to date on top of all your projects? Yes I would like to when the time is right but he needs to understand that these are things I can not do they have to get done one way or another. which means working late and planning.
9. How does guys react when they find out that you have all of these projects?
If I am being honest a lot of them love it, they think its so cool that each platform is something different and I talk about different topics. A lot of my guy friends are so proud of me and they love it! I will be honest its a little intimidating at times to tell them because I don’t know what there going to think about it or if they think they need to be on it because of me! I never want my friends or family to think they have to be on it because of me, including future boyfriends but it does make my life easier if he wants to be on it but there is no force 🙂
10. How do you manage your stress with blogging?
If I am being honest, I work during really hard so I don’t have to think about them!! I will plan a month worth of content and be three posts ahead of each week! If you are new here I post Monday, Wednesday and Friday all posts go up at 12 pm EST time
